The Samson Micro / AirLine UM1 Wireless Lavalier Microphone System features the LM10 lavalier microphone, CT7 body-pack transmitter, and UM1 portable true-diversity UHF receiver. The system is an ideal solution for all sorts of video professionals and operates on the less-cluttered 600MHz bandwidth.


The LM10 lavalier is easily concealed and clips onto shirts, and ideal for vocal or speech capturing. The CT7 is powered up to 14 hours on a single 9V battery. The portable, camera-mountable UM1 receiver also operates on a 9V battery and features a mini-XLR output connector, diversity reception, headphone output with level control, specially tuned antennas, and a DC input for power with an external power supply (not included).

The velcro part was a dissapointment but once I got the mount I needed this wireless mic set up works perfectly. Could hear me clearly when I was 90 yards away chasing my Turkey that I shot.

It seems like its going to work very well, however, the dissapointing part is the "camera mountable" part is two pieces of velcro. Its good for the money but dissapointed that throwing velcro in the box makes it "camera mountable".

Bought the Samson Wireless Mic to use as a backup for my primary wireless mic and as a second mic when needed. Had a problem with my primary set on location and had to put the Samson product to work. I was very satisfied with the results and would certainly recommend this product.
