Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination. For Video cameras or merchandise valued at more than $1000.00, insurance charges will be calculated with the shipping cost and they are shipped signature required.

We prefer to ship our merchandise through UPS which is easily tracked and has a guaranteed delivery time. We do not ship to countries outside the North American Continent at this time.

Most orders received will be processed the next business day. Overnight orders, second day orders, orders requesting Saturday delivery or any special shipping requests should be called in to the office otherwise we cannot guarantee the delivery date. If you need a package by a certain time call us and we will do what we can to accommodate.

Canadian Tax and Customs Fees: Canadian shipments are subject to Goods and Services Tax and applicable Canadian Provincial Sales Tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country. In addition there are brokerage fees and custom clearance charges which are imposed by the carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Campbell Cameras has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Contact the local office of the carrier to determine these charges.
